pk339 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pk339", "we", "us", "our" means the company operating the pk339 online gaming platform at pk339.org, incorporated under applicable international gaming jurisdiction law.
• "Platform" means the pk339 website (pk339.org), all associated mobile-optimised pages, applications, and gaming services accessible via the pk339 login.
• "User", "you", "player", "account holder" means any individual who registers a pk339 account and/or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual gaming account created by a User upon registration, secured by a unique username/mobile number and password combination.
• "Balance" means the current PKR denomination amount held in a User's pk339 Account, including real-money funds and bonus funds (distinguished separately).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, free spins winnings, cashback credits, or any other non-cash equivalent credited to an Account pursuant to pk339 promotions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum turnover a User must achieve before Bonus Funds are eligible for conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity and age verification process requiring submission of CNIC and supporting documents before withdrawals are processed.
• "Restricted Jurisdictions" means countries or regions from which access to pk339 services is technically or legally prohibited, as published by pk339 from time to time.

To create and use a pk339 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing pk339 from, any Restricted Jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful or specifically prohibited;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of pk339 or any of its affiliated gaming software or payment service providers;
• You are acting on your own behalf as principal and not as agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party;
• All information you provide to pk339 during registration and KYC is accurate, complete, and truthful;
• You are not a self-excluded individual under any pk339 responsible gaming arrangement or any related gaming operator arrangement;
• You are not clinically diagnosed with a gambling disorder or known to be seeking treatment for problem gambling at the time of registration.

pk339 reserves the right to demand documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to satisfy the verification process will result in account suspension and return of real-money deposit balances net of any bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds pending verification.

Users may register one Account per individual. Duplicate or multiple account registration by the same person — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number (or alternatively an email address), a date of birth, and a secure password of at least 8 characters.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk339 login credentials. pk339 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
• Any activity conducted through your pk339 Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole legal responsibility regardless of whether you authorised the activity or whether your credentials were compromised by third parties.
• You must notify pk339 support immediately via Live Chat if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• pk339 may, at its absolute discretion, decline a registration application without providing reasons.
• Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and non-individual legal persons may not hold pk339 Accounts.

pk339 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, and MCB. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at pk339's sole discretion.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit — as a general guideline, the platform minimum is Rs 100 for mobile wallet deposits.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned net of applicable processing fees.
• Deposits are credited to your pk339 Account balance in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied by pk339; however, your payment service provider may charge its own fees.
• pk339 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, wire transfers from unverified sources, or any payment method not listed on the Platform at the time of deposit.
• pk339 reserves the right to request additional verification for any deposit it deems unusual or potentially associated with fraudulent activity prior to crediting the funds.
• Depositing funds into a pk339 Account does not constitute a guaranteed right to withdraw those funds in the event of a breach of these Terms by the Account holder.

Withdrawal requests from pk339 Accounts are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal request is processed. This is a mandatory anti-money-laundering and age-verification requirement.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.
• pk339 targets withdrawal processing times of under 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to 3 business hours. These targets are indicative and do not constitute a contractual guarantee.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar month, displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• pk339 reserves the right to perform additional security checks — including requesting source of funds documentation — on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds or exhibiting unusual patterns.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from completed wagering requirements on Bonus Funds constitute withdrawable funds.
• pk339 reserves the right to void winnings and decline withdrawals where there is evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, technical exploitation, or breach of these Terms.

pk339 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback credits, and loyalty program rewards. All promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific terms published on the promotion page.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Funds balance and are clearly distinguished from real-money funds in the Account dashboard.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are limited to one per eligible new player Account.
• pk339 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to error correction, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance.
• Systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using third-party bonus guides to exploit promotional conditions, or coordinated play patterns — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings.
• Free spins issued as part of any promotion are valid for the specified game only, for the specified duration, and at the specified coin value stated in the promotion terms.
• pk339 does not offer any promotion specifically targeting self-excluded users or any person whose account is currently subject to responsible gaming restrictions.

All games available through pk339 Casino — including live casino, slots, cricket and sports betting, bingo, and mini baccarat — are operated in accordance with individual game rules displayed within each game. Users are responsible for understanding applicable game rules before placing bets.

• Bets placed are final and binding once confirmed. pk339 will not cancel or reverse bets due to user error unless a technical malfunction is proven to have affected the bet's outcome.
• pk339 reserves the right to void bets placed in error due to manifest pricing mistakes, technical faults, or corrupted data feeds affecting sports betting markets.
• Suspiciously placed bets — including patterns consistent with arbitrage, match-fixing, or exploitation of technical errors — will be investigated and may be voided pending investigation outcome.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during a sporting event due to data interruptions, inclement weather, or exceptional events. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless voided by these Terms.
• All sports betting odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• pk339 uses certified Random Number Generator technology for all RNG-based games. Results are final and pk339 is not liable for player losses attributable to normal statistical variance.

pk339 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible via Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that are applied immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours following the request.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss caps per day or week, which automatically suspend gameplay when the limit is reached until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session logout triggered when the player-set session duration is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary exclusion for 30, 90, or 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are implemented within minutes and cannot be reversed for the specified duration. Permanently excluded users may not re-register under any circumstances.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net gaming outcome at player-defined intervals.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that online gaming carries financial risk, that past results have no bearing on future outcomes, and that gaming should be approached as entertainment rather than a source of income. pk339 is not liable for any financial loss arising from gaming activity conducted in accordance with these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk339 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with pk339;
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one pk339 Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats;
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or technical errors to gain an advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation are void;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward pk339 staff or other platform users;
• Depositing funds and withdrawing them without engaging in genuine gaming activity (commonly known as "churning");
• Selling, transferring, or pledging your pk339 Account or Account balance to any third party.

All content on the pk339 Platform — including but not limited to the pk339 brand name, logo, software, game content, graphics, text, audio, video, data compilations, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk339 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of pk339.
• The pk339 brand name and logo may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk339 shall not be liable for:

• Gaming losses, including losses resulting from normal statistical variance, bad luck, or misunderstanding of game rules;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss;
• Any service interruption, downtime, data corruption, or technical malfunction not caused by pk339's gross negligence;
• The conduct of third-party payment processors, including delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing;
• Any actions taken by pk339 in good faith under these Terms, including account suspension, bonus voiding, or bet cancellation.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk339's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own wilful misconduct or gross negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

pk339 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, including in circumstances where:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• pk339 suspects the Account is being used for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• The Account holder fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• pk339 is required to do so by any applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive;
• The Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age;
• The Account holder requests self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions.

Upon legitimate account closure by pk339 in the absence of any breach by the User, pk339 will return the real-money balance net of any bonus funds to the user's verified payment method. Account closure timelines will be communicated via the registered contact details.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or complaint arising from your use of pk339, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to pk339's customer support team via Live Chat or email (support pk339.org). Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 2–4 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the initial resolution, you may request escalation to a senior compliance officer by stating this explicitly in your follow-up communication.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Body: If the dispute remains unresolved after completing Steps 1 and 2, you may refer your complaint to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose licence pk339 operates. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available upon request.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified in Section 15 (Governing Law) below, and that you waive any right to pursue class-action proceedings against pk339.

pk339 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk339 will provide reasonable notice via on-platform notification, email, or SMS to registered users prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the pk339 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.

The version of these Terms in force at the time of any disputed transaction or event shall be the governing version for the purposes of that dispute, regardless of any subsequent amendments.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk339 holds its gaming licence. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 13.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk339 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it reasonably considers such relief is necessary to protect its legitimate interests or the integrity of the Platform.
